I’m a CTO with an MBA. Three decades building systems and building teams, most of it in survival mode. I’ve been CTO and cofounder of an ASX-listed company.
But I am not a fractional CTO. Fractional CTOs sell their time. That’s not what I’m here for.
I want to work with startups that need a CTO but can’t afford one yet. I want to share the journey; the hard-won lessons, judgement, the focus; the battle scars that only come from decades in the trenches.
