I recently put a name to what I do. Since then, the feedback has been encouraging and each conversation has reinforced why I wrote that post.
It’s the same approach I’ve been using for several years, but the term Angel CTO moves us forward more quickly. That’s what a survival mode startup needs to do: overcome the analysis paralysis, work out what matters and what doesn’t. Identify the blocker and focus on that.
The real value is not shouting online, it’s the quiet chats offline. My preference is a coffee and a chat; tell me about your challenges and we can both benefit from the time.
